Problem With Too Many Line Spaces Between Paragraphs

Hello, I am wondering why my line spaces between paragraphs in
my posts display as though I hit the "enter" key 2 times instead
of just the one time that I do? Happens allot. Here is a link to
the thread and you will see what I mean. It is the post number

I have to go in a change them repeatedly to make them look
better. What is causing this and how do I fix it? support
