       Welcome System Configuration

       The welcome system is a bot that will post a topic welcoming new
       members to the forum every time someone joins the forum.
       ---------------------------------------------------------
       -Welcome Topic Settings-
       Forum: Select the forum that you want the welcome topics posted
       in.
       Poster Name: Who will post the welcome topics. Does not need to
       be a member. If it is not a member the poster will appear as a
       guest.
       -Save Settings-

       -Add a topic-
       Under "Topic Subject | Options" click on the "Add Topic" link.
       On the topic creator, you can do anything you can with a normal
       topic, including BBC codes, smileys, images, etc. You can also
       put "[username]" in any part of the topic body or title and the
       person's username will appear.

       After you have created at least one topic, two options will
       appear: Edit Topic and Delete
       Edit Topic: Will allow you to go back to the topic and change
       things, again using all posting features available for a normal
       post.
       Delete: Will delete the topic from the list of welcome topics.

       From here, every time a new member joins the forum, the topic
       will be posted. If you would like multiple topics, create more
       and one will be randomly selected each time a new member joins.
