mistakenly parked and forwarded my url to 68.233.250.132

HELP PLZ

I was trying to change my domain name and mistakenly pasted
68.233.250.132 and parked it
even my website is forwarded to 68.233.250.132!!!
if i open anything i get waste not working url like this
www.68.233.250.132/forum-rules/
i am able to see posts and pages if i paste

and remove the
68.233.250.132 thing
but i am not able to login
I WILL CHANGE TO DEFAULT URL IF I AM SOMEHOW ABLE TO LOGIN BUT I
CAN'T EVEN DO THAT!! :(
