That is a great idea so that members of one forum that is hosted
on Create a forum can register with another forum without
putting in there information again all they have to do is enter
their user-name and password, accept the agreement and they are
in. Also it would be even better if you could make it happen on
SFMforfree as well as here so that old members don't have to re
register. :)

It doesn't seem to be very feasible. It sounds like it would be
hard to link all of the forums together on a network, seeing as
there are so many of them. Also, you would have to be registered
on the main network site in order to sign up on other sites,
which many people wouldn't want to do. When I originally found
the SMF For Free service, I was using one community forum for a
few months before I even looked at the support forums/main SMF
For Free website. :)
Just my 2 cents. ;)

But some forums like having the extra fields to answer in the
registration form. So they might prefer having the full
registration on their forum.
Alex - I'm pretty sure there's a way with the software to do
what they're asking. But then again, what do I know? lol. I
think it's there... or was that something else. Now I'm just
rambling.

Actually a lot.
Many computer service sites ask for what operating system you
use.
Some XBOX sites ask for your XboxLIVE username
etc.

Ahh you have a point there. :) Another idea would be maybe
making so that if you have one forum you can link it to another
you own so that user wouldn't have to re register. :)
