Can't Upload to Gallery

So, I have an issue going on that just RECENTLY started
happening as of yesterday. When attempting to update an image or
upload an image at all to the forum gallery, it won't let me or
anyone else do so. It keeps giving the same session timed out
screen, even though it doesn't log anyone out and takes us right
back to attempting to upload the page. I tried to go to the
Gallery settings to see what's going on with that. It says the
gallery version we have is out of date. It won't let me
uninstall it because it just takes me back to the admin panel
page. We already couldn't upload images in bulk because that all
of a sudden stopped without warning, but we were able to upload
a picture at a time, which was fine; now all of a sudden we
can't do that. We've no idea what's going on with the gallery.
The bulk option only works on another forum I'm a staff member
on, but uploading a single image does not. But if I can get some
help to figure out what's going on with the Gallery on my forum,
I can hopefully fix the issue on the other one too. I provided
two screenshots showing what I saw when this issue started
happening yesterday. I thought it was a fluke because I was at
the library, and maybe their internet was being weird about it,
and I didn't think too much of it even when I got home. But I
tried again today while at home, and it is still happening. If I
can upgrade the gallery, cool. I just need to know where I need
to go on the forum to do that because it doesn't give me an
upgrade option, just an option to uninstall it. So I just need
some help, if it is possible. Thank you.

Try now. I updated the gallery to our latest version.

I tried it today and we're able to upload images to the gallery
