A couple of quick questions
DIR By: Beowolff29

is there anyway to set the 'post' editor to automatically set
ALIGN LEFT when people post. I've had so many people complain
about the fact that the auto is set to CENTER and distorts their
posts and replies to posts. Left ALIGN is usually automatic on
most forums. And you have to specifically CENTER your text/pics
whatever if you want them centered.
Another thing I've had many of my guys ask for, is whenever I
post links to a new aircraft we're offering, I usually put a
nice action photo of that new plane in our header/footer box at
the top. I've had many ask if we could set that header/footer
box to 'rotate' the photo's/pictures 'automatically' from time
to time much like the NEWS rotates it's content. Possible?
Last... the last week or so, we're getting a lot of system
errors when we try to post at the site... we try to post and
there's a LONG wait and finally the SYSTEM ERROR pops up asking
us to try it again, we do, but once that error shows up that
post is over. Best we can do when that happens is try to copy
it, start a NEW post and past. Sometimes that works, sometimes
not. Can you check into that. This is new and I haven't
experienced it until recently.
thanks
Lynn

1. That shouldn't be the case by default. Are you using the same
editor that this support forum is using? The editor should not
default to center. It could be a style issue/css.
2. You could do that with the gallery addon. There is a
recent/random block header option I believe which can appear on
top of you forums.
3. This was an issue of Meta/Facebook bots the other day. A few
forums got swarmed by over 200k bots at one time in a 15 minute
interval. I have blocked these bots.

I am not a programmer or savy to code. Can you or one of your
assistants walk me through handling these things mentioned
above?
Or, is there a help menu somewhere that describes them?
And yes, I'm using the stock editors (question 1) that comes
with my site. I've not installed anything different.
Thank you.

Fixed you had a better <center> tag in your headers section
under headers/footers
your old code
--- Code ---
<Center><img
src="
HTML https://i.postimg.cc/jjcdwdB7/NEWRo-57sitetopper.jpg"><Center/>
--- End Code ---

many thanks for fixing that problem! :)
I still can't figure out how to rotate or revolve my header
image to a new one ever so often. I looked at the gallery but
can't see where I need to do anything. The gallery btw says
it's outdate but I see no way to update it.
Can you enlighten me on this?

Do you have a list of image url links?
If so I can probably create a rotate script. How often do you
want them to rotate etc?

Yes...
here's the list. we usually change them out once a month or so
or if we have a special event/or whatever... so hopefully your
script would allow for 'additional' changes of the images on
occasion?
Anyway, here's the list:
HTML https://i.postimg.cc/jjcdwdB7/NEWRo-57sitetopper.jpg
HTML https://i.postimg.cc/Tw3v7G8B/Il2aircombatlogo.jpg
HTML https://i.postimg.cc/qvf62Rzh/XF2Fsitetopper.jpg
HTML https://i.postimg.cc/LsLXjGN6/D520logo.jpg
And if possible rotate every 24 hours? Or whatever you think.
And they can rotate normally as the list goes, or, even better
would be some sort of 'random' rotation so that it doesn't seem
the same all the time. But that's up to you.
Thanks so much for your help. We compete with another site and
they've had a rotating header for years... my guys will be
thrilled that we can equal them with such an improvement.

Created added it in your headers script.
I would suggest maybe hosting the images with us instead of a
third party will make site faster.
You can do in the file manager section in the style editor.
