       Weekly Digest Emails

       Active forum members are you forum now get a weekly email about
       popular topics on the forum.
       Active meaning by they login once every 30 days.  But this can
       also be adjusted in the admin area for Weekly Digest.
       Along with the settings for what is a popular topic, boards to
       exclude etc.
       Members can optout and there is also a link in the footer for
       members to unsubscribe as well.
       Here is an example email that goes out
