       File Manager Improvements! Folders!

       We have added folders and a bunch other improvements for our
       file manager.

       Folders
       - Create Folder - Form in the toolbar lets you name a new
       folder (alphanumeric, hyphens, underscores, max 50 chars)
       - Folder Tabs - Clickable folder buttons at the top to filter
       by folder, plus an "All Files" view showing everything
       with a folder column
       - Delete Folder - Red X button appears next to empty folders.
       If a folder has files in it, the delete button is hidden
       — you must move/delete the files first
       - Upload to Folder - When you're viewing a folder and click
       "Add Files", uploads go into that folder automatically
       Move Files
       - Select files with checkboxes, pick a destination folder from
       the dropdown, click "Move"
       - Can move to root (no folder) or any existing folder
       - Stays on the target folder view after moving
       Bulk Delete
       - Checkboxes on every file row, "Select All" checkbox in the
       header
       - "Delete Selected" button with confirmation prompt
       - Counter shows "X selected" as you check/uncheck
