Please excuse my ignorance, but what is the CAF2 Theme? I
obviously haven got it as the new colours aren't listed. Is this
something I have to upload?
(I also don't know why my font is so large...)

Its the theme that the support forum uses. You can change under
Admin -> Layout Settings -> Manage and Install

Thank you.
However, I have installed and saved the CAF2 Theme, but there
are no different colour variations there. Have I missed
something?

Forget that! I've worked it out.
