       Alert System Added!

       We have implemented an alert system! You can now get alerts
       inside the forum/browser about replies, quotes, mentions and
       more!
       Check under Profile -> Notifications for the full list.
       In main CAF2 theme there is a Bell icon and if there are unread
       alerts there will be an indicator with the number.
       See the screenshot on this post for an example!
       Planning to bring other alert types for badges, gallery,
       classifieds, systems and more!
       This is found in both themes but functions/looks the best in the
       CAF2 theme.
