Mobile Registering Issue

My members are saying they cant register via mobile cause they
cant see the box to click for privacy.
Please fix this issue.
Majority of users are all on mobile barley anyone uses laptop or
mac.

I can see it on my side when register my forum here. Can you
take a screenshot. Not seeing the issue. I tried with iphone

Anyway we can get rid of the privacy policy to make register

Privacy policy is required.
Ah i see you are using the old template style with the mobile

Yes please fix it. I see on our portal the users are on the
register page and not registering cause they cant see the box to
click for register.
