       text formatting options disappeared

       I was posting to notify my members about the bot
       attack/slowdown... and discovered I didn't have the option to
       change the color of the text to indicate my moderator/admin
       "voice".
       See attached - the area where the formatting options should be
       is gone entirely.

       Do you see it on this forum here? Any errors in your browsers
       developer console?
