Notifications not coming in to Zoho Mail

Hello,
I am a member of FTLA.UK and stopped getting notifications when
I switched my email from gmail.com to zohomail.eu
Even when I wanted to create a ticket here, registration mail
didn't come in for zoho, so I had to create another one with
gmail.
Zoho support has confirmed they have not seen any mails coming
in from noreply@ftla.uk
An advice what is going on?

It would be the same. error. Its from the same server.

This is what Zoho support said. I have added noreply@ftla.uk and
noreply[member=1]CreateAForum[/member].com according to the help
page -
