Adverts not appears

Hi I just want to enquire why the adverts are working on the
forum?. I'm happy for them to be there, however they are not
showing , its just leaving a huge gap which looks very odd.
Please can this be fixed?

It means no ad can be filled for that space.
I just added some code let me know if it helped.

Hi and thanks for the quick response. Well the huge gap has gone
which is great, but no ads showing. I will pay for them to be
removed.
Why has the one-time option been removed from the upgrades? Its
all no subscription

Oh ok I see, thank for fixing the issue now. I'll get the yearly
removal one done and paid for in the next 24hrs.

Thanks for support. Ads currently don't bring much it at all
,average about $10 dollars a day across all my forums/sites.

Currently, my forum has the unlimited ad-free pages for $14.95.
Does this mean that the cost will drop to $7.99 automatically?
The "you will keep the same pricing" part has me confused.

The cost will not drop automatically you would need to cancel
then signup again.
