No worries either way it is in the same spot desktop team as
well under your displayname top right.

Good to know - but I would still have to dig into the CSS to
increase the font size in the quotes. It's hard for *me* to read
at points, and probably works better on mobile than on desktop.

I just wanted to check and see that it is possible to customize
this and change the font size for the quotes in the CSS?
We are looking at trialing it for our forum and it is the one
thing that I know will be a sticking point (because I had to
change it in the current CSS for people to be comfortable with
       it)

The CSS classes used are quoteheader bbc_standard_quote and
       topslice_quote

Looking much better, I will double check with my forum peeps
       about it. Thank you!

I discussed with my forum peeps and polled about trialing the
switch to CAF 2.0. There are 2 hiccups, one of which may be
       solveable.
       1) As previously mentioned, a good portion of my forum is 50+
and readability is a prime consideration. The consensus among
those who responded in the no category is that there is not
enough contrast between the type and the background in the
quotes although the size is good now (and thank you!) - if this
is something that I can edit, I am willing to work at that.
       2) Things feel pretty destabilized right now in general - not
the forum/platform, but everything <waves hands at the world> -
and they'd prefer not to deal with the change if they don't have
to at this point. Because we are a community run setup (they
tell me what they want and I make it happen unless I have reason
to believe something is necessary), I have tabled it for now and
said that we will revisit it in the future.
My question to you: Is it your intention for the "classic"
version to go away at some point?

       1. There are some different style options under Style Manager
with different color options and it all can be tweaked.
       2. Understandable. I just really surprised people don't like
this theme more...thought was more modern looking. When I am
doing updates I focus on this theme more.

The one response that I got which I think may be useful for you
       here:
       --- Quote ---
       > [...] the sample was so off-putting to me, (low contrast
colors and the switch of the functional links from the top left
to a cluttered drop down at the bottom right) - especially the
latter change - was just a no go for me. Plus I'm mentally
tapped out right now. Maybe those differences might not be such
       a hill to climb later.
       >
       > Right now, I'm still missing the link to find posts in which
I'm quoted that disappeared and am not loving the Alert link,
which doesn't provide any info that wasn't already available.
That's enough tinkering for me for the moment.
