       IPv6 Supported

       Have added IPv6 support to the system.
       IP's that are IPv6 now are displayed.
       Still have to work on the banning system to handle IPV6 that is
       the next step.
       Hopefully this helps fix some of time out posting errors.

       I believe all the ipv6 changes have been completed, have rolled
       out the ban system. Let us know if any issues.
