Response time rejections

I've gotten this message twice now in less than 24 hours. It's
not true in either case. I had only read a post and responded to
it. I still had to try again to post the one I had intended to.

I am assuming that this is another avenue of attempting to block
the bots? Appears to be misfiring on how recently a post has
happened.

Probably misfiring it might be picking up the cloudflare ip
which might be assigned to multiple people...
I thought I had it so it uses the cloudflare ip no matter what.

This is going to require us to fully implement IPV6 into our
software just gets complicated to do it right.
