IL/WI area.

I also had a significant slowdown and bad handshake myself
somewhere between 4 & 5ish. I was in NY, NY at the time.

Welp. And then another one now when I went to switch to a
different thread on my forum.

What looks like to be a large nubmer of blocks from china
ALIBABA and TENCENT which i blocked now 12 million+ ips

Oof. That's a lot of ips. Hopefully solves it. I haven't
noticeably had any issues since I have been on this afternoon.

New wrinkle, this started happening to me yesterday.
I try to post something, and the Cloudflare verify I am a human
thing pops up. I verify and then I get the attached - everything
is gone. Hitting previous twice on my browser gets me back to
where my browser has saved what I was trying to post, and I can
then post it without an issue.
I believe a couple of others have been having this issue, one of
whom noted that her post sometimes shows up twice when this
happens.

It shows up automatically after I am done verifying that I am
human (have to click the button). Instead of posting and going
to the thread I was on, I get that screen.
When I hit "previous" once, it shows me the same empty message
and subject line. Hitting it a second time gets me back to the
thread and the post saved as draft in the browser's
memory/window. I can then hit post immediately and that post
will go through without an issue.
I'll try to capture the whole sequence for you next time from
the moment the cloudflare screen pops up.

The whole sequence, screen by screen.
1) After hitting the post button
2) After hitting "Verify you are a human"
3) After hitting the back/previous button once
4) After hitting the back/previous button a 2nd time.
Hitting post again at this stage went through.
