       Moderators accepting topics

       Errm hey, here's the question..
       Is there any way of making so that when a person posts a topic
       somewhere, a moderator or administrator HAS to accept the
       post...
       E.G Someone posts on something and they cannot post it until a
       moderator accepts that post and once it's accepted it goes to
       the place where the person posted the topic

       Admin>CP>Core Features:
       Enable the warning system and post moderation. Now you can go
       and make it so that specific members must have their posts
       approved by warning them and putting them on post moderation, or
       you can do it by board.
