Remove Rating smiley.

How do I remove these reaction smileys from posts? I don't want
them to be accessible on the forum I administer.

You can disable under Admin -> "Posts and Topics" then post
settings
"Enable Awesome Post Ratings" uncheck it

How do I remove the rank (newbie, admin) and the stars that are
under a person's pfp?
My users are saying it adds too much clutter

Newbie can be removed.
Admin -> Layout Settings -> Theme Settings
Check "Hide post group titles for grouped members:"
The other stuff try editing membergroups and remove number of
stars.
