CAF blocked in Singapore IP?

Hi Admin,
[hr]
Refer to the attached screenshot, I tried accessing
createaforum.com in Singapore, but it returns an error with a
Block Reason: "GEO-IP Filter Alert", Connection Initiated from
Country: Singapore.
I want to access a forum: thaiamuletforum.createaforum.com and
it also does not load up successfully.
Could you kindly help to check what might have happened?

Yup, we have been getting this error since yesterday too. I have
escalated to the Support Team, awaiting for their revert. I
suspect their SSL cipher suites were not negotiated successfully
for use on browser, and they somehow had Singapore's IP
addresses being on their Geo-IP block too.

Yes the following countries are blocked due to bad bots:
China
Hong Kong
Singapore
Russia
North Korea

So, I am trying to wrap my head around this. :-\
Are forums that were created by people who live in the countries
listed above, now all inaccessible to the admins and their forum
members within those countries?

I will let China, Hong Kong and Signapore back on and see how it
goes next couple of days but if they overload the services I
will be forced to block again...
