       Hello please i want to change my forum subdomain name to the new
       one
       how do i do that

       you can't without paying for it. once created, the subdomain
       name remains the same.
       the only solution is to buy a domain name and then park your
       forum there in the "domain manager" section of the
       Administration Center.
