hello admin i created a page on the ezportal page manager and
the page it didn't display on my website why

Check permissins on that page in ezportal make sure the
membergroups can view it.

Where do you want to display? You have to check the menu option
if you want it in a menu.
Can you visit the link of the page?

still didn't work i had to create a custom menu for it and i
want to display it down the footer and i want to create a custom
link for it how to i do that

The page should have a url you can link to.
You can then create a custom menu icon under Admin -> Style
Manager -> Custom Tabs

Right now you can't change link ulrs to words
Meta data is if you have custom meta data to add if not you can
ignore.
