Hello i have suggestion can you add a section like a theme
editor or a custom CSS section in the admin forum settings where
we admin can fully customize our forum codes to our taste. Thank
you

That is already built in under Admin -> Style Manager

That's trick you would need to know CSS a bit I would suggest
watching a youtube guide/video
