       Changes to "who is online"-function?

       As of latest, it has probably begun this month, guests are no
       longer listed as it used to before. In fact, guests are not at
       all listed anymore when you execute "../index.php?action=who"
       It used to be that guests were listed with their IP.
       Now, NO GUEST AT ALL is displayed, they appear like filtered
       out.
       Why? And how can I get my old display back?
       I know there is a number of guests online on my forum just right
       now, because the main page "../index.php" tells me:
       Users Online:
       31 Guests, 1 User
