Domain name error

I get the following error when I try to Update Forum Url.
[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][attach=1][/font]
The nameservers are correct and I get a "1" when I "VERIFY URL"
What am I doing wrong please?

The domain is “RadioBuilders.co.uk”

Are you using the domain radiobuilders.co.uk for anything else?
If not change change the nameservers to ns1.createaforum.com and
ns2.createaforum.com

Hi so the domain name now works. but I can login with my
credentials ?
I get this error screen every time. (edit) 2 other people also
get the same error when they try to login.

Cant access via the original url either:

That is the URL I'm trying.

(error can't login)

(redirects to above url)
HTML http://www.radiobuilders.uk
(redirects to radiobuilders.co.uk)
All above either redirect or give the login error.
Please assist this is getting too much now.

Ok yeah www. is a different domain. Have changed the www. to be
the main one now.
