The first, second, and third can be added under customize
images, within the Style manager. You can use a code to swap out
the staradmin image. Check the guides board for that tutorial.

In order to help you we generally need a question of some sort.
Styles are made up of CSS and can be added via the Style Manager
section of your Admin CP. Same with images, they are added under
customize images.
--In the future, please make ONE topic if you have a question.
Making 3 distracts people from your problem and causes hassles
for moderators. Thanks for your understanding.
