Theme 'dark2' needs overhaul

Probably gone unnoticed, the theme 'dark2' needs overhaul
Reasoning:
Some of the texts are hard if not impossible to read, example:

I mean how do I fix this?
The position where the current day is marked is literally
impossible to read because it is white on white.
This needs fix!

Needs css file updates/changes. Have to check on it when I have
time to work to figure it out.

Week after week passes.
Anyone else having this problem?
Cause then we could maybe jointly address this issue and find a
quicker solution.

Sorry I don't have time to work on this. I am overwhelmed at the
moment, running this site is a hobby for me mainly. Please
switch to a different theme or use default. It does not bother
me at all if you leave or use different service. I do this for
fun.

We don't use that theme, so we don't have that issue - but you
can manually edit the themes and make the adjustments that you
need (I did this for our forum because the font sizes was too
small for many of our members, so I know that it's possible to
do and works well). If I have time tomorrow, I will dig into the
style sheet and see where the tweaks are needed to adjust the
highlight/etc. colors. That's the hard annoying part - finding
that part of the style sheet and figuring out what you need to
change it to.
Possibly someone with more CSS experience than I have can help
with that, but I can figure it out if not... just a question of
when I have time to get to it myself. Tomorrow is possible but
not guaranteed.
