Adding Meta Tags

Hello,
I was wondering if it's possible to add Meta tags to a
createaforum site. Is it possible ? If it is, where do I add the
meta tags in the HTML source code ??

What about Admin > Configuration > Features and Options >
General?
I see this in there:
Meta keywords associated with forum
For search engines. Leave blank for default.

Evidently this has become an option... I didn't bother looking
because not too long ago it was not, and I didn't see a memo
that it had been added. Many apologies.

Added way to add meta tags under Style Manager inside the
headers and footers area.

Index' ?? If so, how ?
