Lost URL To forum

Hello,
I believe I still have an old forum I have on here associated
with the address I used to sign up to the support forum.
It was originally a .createaforum.com domain based forum, but
some time after I added a custom domain to it but it is no
longer active.
I would like to get access to the original forum please, either
by getting the correct DNS RECORDS to add back to the domain, or
for an Admin to change it back to the original .createaforum.com
Domain.

Do you know either the custom domain or original create a forum
subdomain?

I believe the custom domain may have been
forum.radio-info.uk.to
not sure but the original domain may have been
radio-info.createaforum.com

I don't think the site no longer exists it would be
radioinfo.createaforum.com
