       Background Theme Changing as a user

       I think that users should be able to choose what them they want
       to use for the forum and not be forced into what the admin
       chose. Maybe add a setting with forum default and then the
       themes to choose individually.
       Im asking this because my friend who owns our forum made it dark
       mode and I think it looks bad &#128128;

       Its a good idea. I still need to build for admins option to
       build theme sets for users to pick then this could happen.
