Unable to login from Tapatalk app on forum

Hi, I am trying to login to my forum from the Tapatalk app but
it's not working. Can you try it on your end?
Also, another issue is when I registered a new user on my forum,
I never got an email that a new user was pending approval nor
did the user get an email that the account was approved or
pending, is that normal?

I contacted Tapatalk support and they said this
We got the 500 Internal Server Error when trying to login to
your forum via the Tapatalk app, this means the plugin is either
not installed correctly, or your server is mis-configured.
Please contact your hosting provider to check your error log
file for a solution. ​

At this point we are probably going to remove tapatalk has
caused many issues for us over the years. I may take a look.

The support forum here works ok. I just was able to login and
browse the site. Tapatalk app.

There is something still wrong for me. On the Tapatalk app, when
you search for my forum (friends.pureheart.page), you will see
some public boards like "Welcome to Create a forum.com" and yet
on my real forum, that category and board is not present. So
there is something wrong still. I used my Tatatalk API key and
the same API key is on my forum's tapatalk settings. I even
reset it, got a new API key, put it on the forum, saved it, but
it's not working for login and I don't know why it's not
working.
Can you help me?

Could be because you have no public boards? You have to login to
see them.
