       New forum bug

       So when you create a new forum and go to your admin cp to check
       for any errors, there's always this error:
       --- Quote ---
       > The subject of topic #1 is currently not stored in the subject
       cache.
       --- End Quote ---
       I'm assuming this is because of the Welcome to CreateaForum
       topic that's automatically created
