When I upload the image for the icon, they are very large, how
can I reduce them, ie. How do I control the size of the image so
that I can adjust the icon so that it is not too big for me and
not too small for me

They currently would need to be resized outside of the forum
system using a photo editor software.

Did you delete the previous versions when you uploaded the new
ones?
Edited to add - I think those are icons you're posting for
member groups? In which case, when you uploaded the new ones,
did you switch the setting on the member group to use the new
icon?

Everything is set as it should be and yes I deleted the previous
versions of the image when I uploaded the new ones but now it
doesn't matter anymore because I put Gifovve the forum was able
to load Gifovve
What gif sizes have I approved
But the forum can load some images, whatever size I choose, but
some images cannot be loaded, leaving them at the current size
