       Subscribing to a board or topic

       I read what it says in Profile, Notifications, but I do not see
       the notify button for my Forum.... though I see it in this post!
       How do I enable it for my forum?

       Help!
       I see the notify button for boards and posts when I am logged in
       as administrator. However when I log in as a normal user I do
       not see the buttons. Can somebody tell me why or what I should
       do?

       It is probably a permission that needs to be enable for the
       regular membergroup
