How to exclude an action from the Community tab

How do I exclude an action from the Community tab? I already did
this:

but it did not work (i didnt spell it wrong i put the action
'forum'). Did I do something wrong?

Looks like with forum there is a bug.

I can confirm you can't do this with the forum action. It is
done on purpose.

Wait but why? It's kinda inconvenient to keep going to Community
just to go to the forum
