Sometimes when I post an emoji it replaces the emoji with text
saying support.

The emoji dropdown isn't working on my forum, nothing happens.
It's not disabled under Admin > 'posts and topics'. It's not a
pop up issue as it works here. Can anyone help please?
On inspection, this is the error it's giving - [font=Segoe

We were using the standard WYSIWYG built in editor.. and getting
nowhere.
Today I changed that to 'Use SCEditor instead for posts' and the
emoji dropdown works in that one, strangely.
Don't worry if you are up to your eyes - it's not urgent any
longer, we'll manage with this one for now.

Worked on my test site.
If you go back to the old editor. Make sure you see this script
loading/not blocked
