Mobile theme appears to be broken for my users

This was the report:

[font=verdana]I was able to find the "go to full site" button,
but was similarly unable to use the quote function when I tested
the Mobile them on my phone using Safari.[/font]
[font=verdana]Separately, was going to try looking for this
today, but mobile users report that the Ignore function is not
working if they are using the mobile theme on their devices.
Works fine if they're on laptop/desktop/full site. Does not work
if they're on devices using mobile theme.[/font]

Try now made a fix. Hard refresh required.
