How to add a new theme?

I am not able to add a new theme in my forums.

I added a theme named "Light Orange" in my forums but it isn't
showing in the "Manage and Install Option".

Can someone please help me in how to install a a new theme?

You should be able to just click on the style and have it
installed.
What happens?

I clicked on the style and it got added in the styles manager.
When i open the Themes and Layout settings the added theme
doesn't appears at all.

Use the "Pick Style" link you wont' see them listed under
manage and install.

I see... Will my fellow forum users be able to switch to that
theme then?
Also Is it possible to change the forum logo in the new theme,
without having it changed in the old theme as well? (I wanted to
add a logo that matches with the newly added theme)

If you pick the style and set it as the default that will make
the style appear for everyone.
People can not change styles. There is only one style at a time
on the forum.

So whatever style i choose gets automatically applied to all my
fellow forum users?
