Users cannot comment (agree/disagree etc...)

I have a couple of users cannot use those buttons in the bottom
right hand corner to agree/disagree/like/dislike etc... Both use
modern versions of iPhones.
The most recent has all the relevant permissions, and cannot
comment using his iPhone XE (2020) with IOS 14.6 however if he
logs onto a PC he can comment quite happily.
So clearly this isn't a permissions issue.
He says he still can see the icons to comment on the iPhone but
pressing them has no result.

Hmm tested on my iphone. Iphone SE the new one with 14.6 and
worked ok on this post.
I don't have an iphone xe 2020. Is he using the sarfari
browser?

Hi. I also reported this to our admin DOKEEFFE. But I use Chrome
on Android. I did once debug it and and I'm pretty sure the
function that provided the behaviour was in a file which wasn't
included in the mobile page. Cheers!

Yes, this is a known issue for us. You can't use the reaction
buttons if you're on mobile unless you're using the full version
of the site. If you're using the mobile version, pressing the
buttons has no effect.
haxnuts.createaforum.com is our forum.
ETA: This applies to all versions across all platforms. It is
clearly a mobile version vs full site version issue.

Just tested on my tablet, yes works now, thx! Wish I'd thought
to say something when we first figured it out rather than shrug
and live with it. lol.
