       Failed to open page

       When I try to open my forum - or come here I keep getting
       "Failed to open page". half the time it loads the other half it
       doesnt and when it loads it is very slow.

       Appears to be a ddos attack. Tuned some settings will see how it
       goes.

       my forum is very slow - takes awhile for page to load....not
       sure why
