Dont know what I've done but the Reply add Bookmark etc options
are missing, any help thanks

Check your permission settings on the board you created.

I'm not sure where I should be looking ,I have not done anything
that I did not do with the other boards and they are fine.

Did you look at the modify/edit board page?
There should be a field there called that.
