       problem deleting a topic

       hello, i'm aware there's already an old thread with a similar
       header, but this is a different issue (cause).i'm just coming
       back to using my forum after a long time, and the forum tells me
       to use the "delete topic" button, which i don't see. i'm the
       only admin on my board.

       Check your board level permissions first and then your global
       permissions.

       i'm not entirely sure, but it seems right - i should have the
       ability to delete a topic (i even attempted to add that
       permission separately). maybe i should reset the
       permissions?since it's been so long, i'll probably have to go
       through the entire forum regardless but i need the ability to
       clean house.
