       I have some ranks by post like Newcomer = 0 posts and Jr. Member
       = 50 post and so on how do i make it if you are staff you can't
       become one of these post ranks?

       You can't.   But you can hide the post group titles for grouped
       members by going to Admin > Layout Settings > Theme Settings and
       putting a checkmark in "Hide post group titles for grouped
       members:"
       In other words - it will no longer say Newbie/etc under your
       name.
