Email issue for Admin email and 50+ members of my site

I am having an email issue - it appears my email (as the Admin)
is now gingerbreadexchange@gmail.com.bad.
I did not add the .bad portion. Your system did.
I now see this lovely pink message across my screen:
Email Address Issue!Warning your email address has been marked
as having bounced! Please review under your account profile and
update your email address!
When I try to correct my admin email address, I am prompted "for
security reasons, your account password is required to make
changes to your account"... and yet I'm not prompted anywhere to
enter my password to verify who I am, and I'm not kicked off the
board asking to re-enter my password.
Vicious circle.
Help?
I also did a search of my members, and 50+ of them have .bad
added after their gmail email address. How do I correcte this?

I believe back in December gmail had an issue for a day. When
anyone would email an gmail address it would report it as being
bad/invalid email address. Gmail fixed that but our system
detected the invalid email response and marked the email as bad
which we then add .bad to the email. We do that since hitting
bad email addresses hurts email inbox rates.
For your own account at the bottom of profile there should be a
password field.
If you are editing other members i believe you do not have to
enter your password.

Thank you. That did the trick for updating my admin email. I
did not realize there was a password field at the bottom of the
page.
