       Problem with Registration Agreement

       When I went to edit the registration agreement on my new forum,
       this was what the agreement was by default:
       --- Quote ---
       > Agree to the "Storm Chasers Code"
       >
       > 1. Respect all Members
       >
       > 2. Keep this website "CLEAN"
       >
       > 4. Invite your friends to "Storm Chasers!"

       Does the same on mine.   Odd though because if you click
       Register to register an account it does show the default
       Registration Agreement
