Forum Thread Not Opening

I have a site that I use for roleplaying with friends, and right
now one of the threads will not load/open.
I have tried using Google Chrome + incognito mode through
desktop and mobile, and Microsoft Edge and it will not open.
All other threads work and open just fine.
Does anyone know what could be causing this? And what possible
fixes might exist for it?

There are multiple that we can't open - not locked, no error
message.

Can I get public link to a topic that is open that won't
load? I been working on some upgrades.

Ok is that issue? The thread just redirects back to the message
index?
Is that the same for everyone having issues?

Yes, that is the issue we are having, but only on some threads

Looks like quote issue will have to analyze. in subject title
causes the issue.

Yes, that is the issue I am having.
The URL will read as the thread URL, but it will just refresh
back to the thread list instead of the actual thread.
