       Downloads Commenting

       I didn't know there was an advanced Commenter with all the
       formating options until today, The Reason I think is I see the
       Add comment box and don't think any more about it.
       would it be posiable in a future update to change the Label for
       the comment box to something like Quick Comment and the advanced
       link to something like "Add Comment (Advanced)"

       Thats a workaround that forces the main commenting option!
