HELP! Layout on mobile devices randomly changed!!

My site went from looking like this [attach=1] on mobile
devices, to looking like this: [attach=2]
The only changes I made was I purchased the $20 a month all in
one upgrade and linked my DNS/Domain, the mobile theme has been
disabled, just want my forum to show the full website on mobile
devices.

It doesn't look like the mobile theme so that is good.
Did you zoom in on your phone or clicked a button on the phone?

No, i tried it on multiple devices its still the same (the font
size on mobile devices is now huge for the descriptions of the
categories)

Any recent scripts or css that you have included? I would try
removing it saving it and see if it makes a difference.

I didnt touch anything or edit or add anything, it just randomly
happened, thats why im freaking out because I dont know what
caused it or how to fix it.

I just checked on my iphone 6s. And it looks like fine like your
normal first screenshot

I removed the headers/footers code for a test.
Check if works now.

Made a change not sure if it will help. Restored your header and
footer since you said didn't make a difference.
