Potential bug in replying to topics or starting a new thread.

I just noticed that a series of text and link actions have
disappeared when I make a new topic or reply to an existing one.
I had them a few days ago but all I have now is a smiley face
that pulls down smiley emojis.

What device are you on?
That is our emjoi picker should normally just be on the white
textbox area.

Sorry I've been working rt. I didn't have time to look in my
laptop... but it looks fine/restored now on my phone browser. I
guess my browser updated and the site glitched maybe?
